(Some of our students will not be in school on Friday.)
Our class has earned a pajama day for filling our Kindness Jar and a Reading Party for our reading minutes that we have accumulated. We figured we would combine them together.
Please send your child to school in their pajamas. They can bring extra things to get cozy for our Reading Party (pillow, blanket, slippers, etc.. to fit in a strong reusable bag). They should also bring a favored book from home (labeled with name). Some of the children have expressed interest in bringing in a tablet/iphone with stories or raz-kids (sounds like some of the older siblings have done so for their reading party). I will leave that to your discretion since they are most likely expensive and delicate.
We will be listening to a smart board story during a popcorn snack. Please let me know if you would be able to purchase any of the following for our snack.
- Angie's Boom Chicka Sea Salt Popcorn
- 100% fruit juice boxes
- small water bottles
- baby wipes
