Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for the food donations.  We graphed what everyone brought and predicted which would have the most.

Passion Time - Science Fun - experimenting with eggs

roll/rub the egg in baking soda and drops of food coloring

Put the baking soda mixture in the cup with the egg on top.  Pour the vinigar over it and watch it bubble over.  

So much fun!

Some of the kids were not here for our Passion Time Science Fun so we were able to do it again during our indoor recess with some of the extra materials.

White Pumpkin Predictions

This Fall we talked about seeing "white" pumpkins.  Mrs. Wronski was nice enough to by me one to give to my mother.  We were all curious what it would look like inside.  We made predictions with most of the class thinking it would still be orange.  Today we opened it up and got quite a surprise.  Your child may ask you to make your own prediction.

Talk about touching with Miss Berkley

Miss Berkley showed the children posters of safe touching and unsafe touching and spoke about what you should say if there was ever unwanted touching. This would be a good time to discuss this topic at home.
